United Way of Cattaraugus County Appoints New Marketing & Outreach Manager

The United Way of Cattaraugus County is excited to announce the appointment of Ryan Michelle Wilcox as Marketing & Outreach Manager, a newly developed position for the agency.

"We are thrilled to welcome Ryan Michelle to the United Way of Cattaraugus County," Susan McAuley, Director, said. "Her impressive track record and commitment to community development align perfectly with our mission, and we look forward to her contributions in enhancing our outreach and impact."

Ms. Wilcox will be responsible for developing and executing planning and marketing for events and community relations for the United Ways in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.

Ms. Wilcox's career encompasses responsibilities managing communications, outreach, donor services, and event planning. Her experience includes roles with protocol 80, Boundless Connections, and the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation.

She is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication.

"I’m honored to be welcomed into an organization that plays such a vital role in transforming our community for the better,” Ms. Wilcox said. “I’m eager to work with the dedicated staff and board of directors at the United Way to create positive change in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties."

With the addition of Ryan Michelle Wilcox to their team, the United Way of Cattaraugus County is poised to strengthen its mission to improve residents’ quality of life by mobilizing resources to meet the needs of our community.
